V-Ctrl is an engineering start-up conceptualized with the objective to provide 360o solutions in power conditioning and energy-saving products. Presently, V-Ctrl has emerged as the only player in South India with the potential to design and manufacture power distribution units of any capacity. The founder of the company, V Anjaneyulu, comes with a rich experience of over 25 years. He has exhibited stupendous work in designing and executed some of the most critical power conditioning projects.

V-Ctrl comprises a dedicated and dynamic team of industry experts with years of hands-on onsite experience. Technology and innovation are the fundamental pillars of V-Ctrl. The company’s strong R&D and technical support teams ensure quality products and enhance the overall manufacturing activities in V-Ctrl’s two state-of-the-art plants in Hyderabad.

Veeranjaneyulu Vistemsetti

Founder and Managing Director

V-Ctrl is the brainchild of Mr. Veeranjaneyulu Vistemsetti – a technocrat with around three-decade-long expertise in the energy and power conditioning sector. Mr. Vistemsetti is a pragmatic entrepreneur, innovative engineer, and ambitious leader. His leadership revolves around situational learning and contemplation.

After serving many reputed organizations and helping them achieve their ambitious goals with his technical expertise, impeccable planning, and futuristic leadership, Mr. Vistemsetti decided to revamp power conditioning by putting himself in the entrepreneurial shoes and kick-starting V-Ctrl Solutions in 2020 – an organization that has raised quality benchmarks in the rapidly evolving power conditioning sector of India.

An Electrical Engineering graduate, Mr. Vistemsetti is also the master of designing and manufacturing a complete range of power conditioning and power-saving equipment. He had a dynamic industrial journey where he met the opportunities to envisage business operations from different vantage points. While leading teams at various echelons, Mr. Vistemsetti has worn hats like Technical Engineer, QA & QC Engineer, Service Manager, Production Head, and Technical Director.

But regardless of the multiple roles he has played so far in his professional life, some traits like high ingenuity and vision to anticipate future demands were always identical and explicit in his work. Today, under the astute leadership of Mr. Vistemsetti, technology and innovation are the fundamental pillars of V-Ctrl Solutions, and the progressive culture he has developed gets depicted in the company’s strong sales, R&D, and technical support teams. He has also been phenomenal in developing leaders and inculcating inclusive and socially responsible work culture in organizations.

Nagaraju Chittaru

Vice President - Marketing

Nagaraju is an innovator by nature and his motto is to work smart through hard work. He was a deputy general manager at Servomax India Limited and has worked at Servomax for more than 30 years. He is currently the Vice President – Marketing at V-Ctrl Solutions.

Nagaraju is an Electronics Engineering graduate, with over 24 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, having widely travelled PAN India. The key focus of his experience has been towards Business Development in diverse geographies and for varied portfolio of products. He is always at the forefront to explore new fields, responsibilities, markets – domestic, and products. Mr Nagaraju always has an innovative approach towards promotion of products.

Mr Nagaraju was instrumental at setting up Business development of M/s. Servomax India Limited in Maharashtra Regional Market, introduction & developing the market of various products like Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizers, Ultra Isolation transformers & Power Conditioners, APFC Panels, Distribution Transformers, and K – Rated Transformers, in the Maharashtra and PAN India market.

He is an expert in customer relationship management. During his tenure at Servomax, he has helped in generating multi-fold reference sales opportunities from the customer and created an everlasting relationship within the client community. His vast experience of Domestic Business Environment and adaptability to various industry domains extended his skill set horizon to technical skills, commercial skills, negotiation skills, formulating entry strategies for identified market segments, etc.

During his entire career, he has been active in identifying potential customers and ensuring that orders were translated into sales with his active follow-up of both new and past customers. Presently working the Vice President – Marketing at V-Ctrl Solutions, Mr Chittaru brings with him years of rich experience, and technical and management skills.

Bharat Marella is a strategist, entrepreneur and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in establishing and leading start-ups and large corporate businesses with a transformative impact. He has built and exponentially grown five companies from the ground up. BM has also been phenomenal in developing leaders and inculcating inclusive and socially responsible work culture in organizations.

A graduate of Chemical Engineering from Andhra University, BM has worked in diversified geographies and industries before starting his entrepreneurial journey.

BM is a leader with a global perspective and deep cultural insights, having worked all around the world. He has strong business acumen with a strategic and competitive mindset and a sharp vision that makes him a genuine industry influencer.
